Here’s how the 17 Day Diet Transitional Fast Works:
1.) For breakfast, lunch and dinner you’ll enjoy a specially formulated smoothie. You can find all the recipes in the 17 Day Diet book.
2.) You should drink at least 8 cups of pure water throughout the day.
3.) Drink 3-4 cups of green tea throughout the day.
