Like many of us, Louise Ebbert found that the pandemic suddenly created an isolated and sedentary lifestyle that she just wasn’t used to. Her usual routine of active travel for work was disrupted, and the day the scale said 272 pounds she decided enough was enough. She had to make a change. She restarted Diet-to-Go that day.
“People are always waiting until tomorrow. You have to just make the decision and start now.”
